This house seemed on the verge of collapsing until a family intervened.

This house was built over 130 years ago and remained abandoned for many years before they purchased it.

What they have turned it into is incredible! This is how it looks now…

The house, constructed in 1887, was considered dangerous to enter as it appeared as if it could collapse at any moment.

When people wanted to buy this large ruin, they didn’t even bother to think about it, but everything changed when locals Jim and Jean Leaman intervened.

After witnessing the deterioration of the house over decades, the retired couple’s love for classical architecture in the form of ruins inspired them to purchase the property.

After five years of daily work on the house, they managed to transform the ruin into a magical place we can all call home.

The transformation is almost unreal! But wait until you see the interior…

This is what the house looked like in the beginning.

But this is how it looked after restoration.

The interior will take your breath away.

It looks straight out of a Harry Potter film.

The floors are made of five different types of wood, and the glass panels allow a rainbow of colors to shine through.

Each of the five rooms on the second floor is uniquely decorated and has a special charm.

But this small attic room is the perfect place for an office!

What it looked like and what they’ve made of it is truly hard to believe.

It took a lot of work, time, and money, but they turned the ruin into a cozy and warm home.
