Jess has created a delightful tiny house in the midst of the stunning forest in Queensland, a beautiful example of how a dwelling can seamlessly combine simplicity and luxury.
Jess designed her home and filled it with unique ideas, starting from the exterior that integrates with nature, through clever interior space distribution, to windows that offer the luxury of panoramic views and plenty of natural light.
Jess’s charming home is tucked away in the forest, far from the main road; most people can’t even find the access to her property.
According to her, Jess moved from Victoria to Queensland without knowing anyone in the area.
So, she posted an ad on Facebook, and a family responded by offering her a piece of land.
The family guided her through the area.
„I fell in love when I turned off the highway and went through this part of the forest; I felt at home,“ she said.
She added that she has to take care of the land based on the agreement.
In recent months, Jess has cleared some trees in the outer area to get more sunlight for her solar panels.
There are days when her solar panels don’t receive enough sunlight due to the shade.
In addition to solar panels, she has a generator for energy in case her batteries run out.
She also has a massive 5,000-liter tank outside that collects rainwater.
Meanwhile, Jess took a break to report that the place where she is now is perfect.
For about a year, she has been living in her tiny house and has no intention of going elsewhere; she loves her life in the tiny house.
She also claims to be passionate about camping, and living in the house makes her feel like she’s glamping – and she wouldn’t trade this experience for anything in the world.
„Honestly, I didn’t think I could do half the things I’ve accomplished, and I’m so proud of myself for doing it,“ she said, asserting that words cannot describe what her tiny house means to her.
Jess has created such a lovely home in the middle of the forest, so beautiful and comfortable – an extraordinary blend of simplicity and luxury.
